The site terms and conditions are worded in the feminine for convenience only, but also apply to men.

Delivery times
Our company offers express deliveries in Israel only to your home at a cost of 30 NIS each way, which are made by an external courier company that works with the brand.
Delivery times are between 3-10 business days.
Since the delivery of the products is carried out by an external courier provider, the E-Bikini team has no control or ability to supervise the provision of delivery services. As stated, it is clear that the Bikini Island team will not be responsible in any way for the delivery service provided by an external courier provider and/or anyone, including regarding the delivery date of the products and/or any loss and/or damage of any kind that may be caused to any person and any property, and you will not have and waive any claim and/or demand and/or claim against Bikini Island and its owners.

At the same time, it is important for you to know that we do everything possible to ensure that your shipment reaches you as quickly as possible.

Deliveries outside of Israel will be provided with FedEx with a door-to-door service at a cost of $48 each way up to 14 business days.

Pickup from the store

Pickup from the store will be possible at no additional cost within 5 business days and will be waiting for you for up to 30 business days.

After 30 business days in which the product is not collected, the company may cancel the order without financial compensation.

Exchanges and returns
Products that consist of 2 pieces (bikini/beachwear set) will be sold as one item and one piece cannot be purchased separately/one piece returned.

We at Bikini Island make every effort to provide a purchasing experience and maximum security when you purchase on our site, and therefore attach a hygiene sticker to each product and give you the option to exchange or return it within 5 business days of receiving the product as long as the product has not been used, the product bears the original brand label and the hygiene sticker has not been removed. When all of the above conditions are met, the brand owners must confirm that the product is indeed in good condition and can be exchanged. The brand owners may not allow an exchange for the following reasons – the product has not arrived at the store within 5 business days of receipt / the product does not bear the original label and / or hygiene sticker / the product has not arrived as shipped or any other reason that will not allow the product to be sold to another customer.

Exchange or return options –

(1) Upon arrival at the brand’s flagship store located at Shaitet 3, Rishon Lezion during operating hours.
(2) Using the company’s delivery service who works with the brand at a cost of 30 NIS. (In Israel only)
(3) Delivery by any other means that will reach the flagship store at Shaytet 3 Rishon Lezion only and to the hands of the brand owners or its employees.
(4) Return or exchange for shipments outside of Israel – you can exchange or return the product within 5 business days of receiving it, provided that it has not been used and labels and stickers have not been removed. Products can be returned to us via door-to-door delivery service only to the address Kazrin 5 Rishon Le Zion Israel. Returns and exchanges are not possible by registered mail.

Returns –
As stated, returns will be allowed up to 5 business days from receipt of the product and will be handled as follows –
When purchasing from the store, a refund will be given without cancellation fees up to 24 hours from purchasing the product. After 24 hours and up to 48 hours, a refund will be given minus a 5% cancellation fee and provided that it does not exceed 100 NIS. After 48 hours and up to 5 business days, a credit will be given for redemption in a brand valid for one year only. Everything listed in this section refers to a refund of over 50 NIS. There is no possibility of a refund of less than 50 NIS.
Everything stated so far will also apply to ordering from the website and picking up from the store from the moment of collection, except for cancellation without cancellation fees.
When purchasing by delivery, a refund will be given up to 5 Business days from the moment we receive the product, excluding a 5% cancellation fee and shipping fees.
As soon as we receive the product and verify that it is in good condition and meets all return conditions, we will make a refund and send a receipt to the returning customer. The company has the full right to check the product’s integrity and determine whether it was used. We will not accept used, dirty products. We will not accept products without the original label. In the event that we receive a product that does not meet the return conditions, no refund will be made and the customer will be required to collect the product or pay for additional shipping. You will be able to see your money back on your card/account within 10 business days of receiving the receipt.

Transaction Cancellation –
A transaction cancellation made by 10:00 PM on the business day on which the transaction was made and has not yet been delivered/shipped will be canceled and the full amount paid will be credited.
A transaction cancellation made after 10:00 PM on the business day on which The transaction has been made and the product has not yet been delivered/shipped, it will be canceled and the full amount paid will be credited, excluding a 5% cancellation fee.
A transaction that is canceled after the product has been shipped and refused by the recipient will be credited with the full amount paid, excluding a round-trip cancellation fee.

Warranty –
We at Bikini Island check the quality of the product before sending it and make sure that it is free of any defects and that it is suitable for water, chlorine and salt conditions.
Special instructions for use or special highlights for the product will be mentioned in its description.
However, the company is not responsible for any damage caused alone. Remember that chlorine is a chemical and when it appears in a concentration higher than recommended, it may damage the fabric fibers and its color. It is recommended to wash in fresh water after use and to review our recommendations for maintaining swimwear over time.
If a defect is discovered in your product, you are asked to contact our customer service within approximately 60 days of receiving the product. After 60 The day of receipt of the product, no service will be provided for the product.

Coupon and Discount Promotions
Ei Bikini may decide on coupon and discount promotions at any given time and without prior notice. Each coupon and discount promotion is without duplication of promotions and discounts unless otherwise stated.
