These are the Terms of Use for the E Bikini website located at www.ebikini.co.il (or any other address) (hereinafter – “The Site“), which is operated and managed by E Bikini Ltd., P.O. Box 207105743, 5 Katzrin St., Rishon Lezion (hereinafter: “E Bikini“). Use of the Site is subject to the terms and conditions detailed in this document, as drafted at the time of use (hereinafter: “The Terms of Use“).

As you can see, the Terms and Conditions include section headings – their purpose is to make the Terms and Conditions more accessible, however, the above headings do not have binding legal force.

Read First: Before using the site, you must read these Terms and Conditions carefully and thoroughly, as the Terms and Conditions are a binding legal agreement between you and Bikini Island, and will be the legal basis for any legal or other discussion between you and Bikini Island in connection with the site and your use of it.
Use means agreement: Using the site constitutes agreement to the terms of these Terms and Conditions and to the other terms that appear or will appear on the site when you use it. If you do not agree to any of the terms and conditions of the Terms and Conditions or any additional terms on the site, if any, please refrain from using the site.
Swimwear (underwear) and related products are sold here: E Bikini sells swimwear and related products of the E bikini brand on the site (hereinafter – “the products” or “the brand products“). In this framework, E Bikini provides information about the brand’s products, and allows you to purchase products through the site. The right to use the site is granted for private and personal use only, and for lawful purposes only.
About the products on the site: The products displayed on the site are intended for consumers (as defined in the Consumer Protection Law), for use that is primarily personal, domestic or family. Products may not be purchased on the site as part of a wholesale purchase, and products may not be purchased for the purpose of resale and/or distribution, directly or indirectly.
All subject to availability: E Bikini does not can guarantee that the products displayed on the site will be available continuously and continuously. Promotions and benefits: Bikini Island may, at its sole discretion, from time to time launch promotions or provide discounts on brand products. Bikini Island alone will decide what the terms of such promotions and discounts will be, including when will begin and when they will end (immediately from the date of its decision and without prior notice). As a rule, multiple discounts will not be allowed on items sold on the site.
Providing details for purchase: In order to purchase products on the site, you will need to provide user details on the site. The privacy policy (hereafter) will apply to the user details that you provide on the site. After the initial registration on the site and creating a user account on the site, it will be possible to make repeat purchases quickly without filling in details for future purchases (among other things).

The products arrive to you: Orders from E-Bikini’s warehouse will be processed within 7 business days from the date of purchase.
Taxes May Apply: For non-US countries, orders are shipped with unpaid duties and taxes. Bikini Island recommends that you check your country’s customs laws to understand what additional fees may apply. For the US, to the best of our knowledge, orders up to $200 are duty-free when imported into the US, however, Bikini Island recommends that you check your country’s customs laws to understand what additional fees may apply.

Taxes and duties are not included in your final purchase price when Bikini Island ships to you, due to an international trade agreement known as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Since all taxes will be determined by your local customs authority, we cannot advise the amount you will need to pay, but you can contact DHL directly for an estimate. You – and not Bikini Island – will be solely responsible for any customs charges applicable to your shipment with arrival in your country. If you request an exchange, you will also be responsible for taxes and duties on the replacement item.

How we ship and how much it will cost: All shipments will be made via a third-party courier company that works with the brand, and a flat shipping fee of 30 NIS will apply each way. Please allow up to 7 business days for your shipment to arrive. While we aim to deliver Bikini Island shipments everywhere, there may be areas where we cannot ship an order. If you are in such a location, please contact us and we will see what we can do.

We do not ship to P.O. addresses.

Please note that where your shipping country charges additional fees as a derivative of the package value, these fees will be borne by you (for example 20% of the package value in Europe).

Don’t forget to collect your order:It is your responsibility to accept and/or collect your order upon delivery. 30 NIS will be deducted from the total refundable amount for deliveries that are not received or collected.
The courier company will be allowed to contact you (including by phone call or text message) to coordinate the arrival of the products or the collection of the products, as the case may be.
Bikini Island will not be held liable in the event that the delivery of the products is prevented or delayed by the courier company.
It should be noted that the delivery of the products may require the presentation of the customer’s ID and the presentation of the order confirmation, as provided by the ordering system to carry out a transaction at Bikini Island’s sole and absolute discretion. It is agreed that Bikini Island and/or anyone on its behalf may require any additional means of identification, at their discretion, as a condition of providing the products to the customer.
